Combined Decongestive Therapy

1. Manual Lymph Drainage: a specialized massage to redirect lymph fluid
2. Compression: elastic bandaging and compression garments increase tissue hydrostatic pressure and reduces edema.
3. Exercise: promotes lymph flow through muscle and joint pumps.
4. Skin Care: prevention of infection using antibacterial cleansers and pH neutral moisturizers.
